"Natural Influences" is the perfect title for a show featuring acrylic and watercolor paintings, by two artists whose love of the natural world is reflected in everything they paint. While Claudia Fountaine and Beatrice Bork differ in their methods, they are both inspired by feather and fur, leaf and stone.

Beatrice Bork is most known for her poetic, yet carefully rendered watercolor paintings of animals and birds. Bork is a recipient of many prestigious awards over her 30 year career, including Signature status in the Society of Animal Artists, and recipient of the Don Eckelberry Award for bird art. Her work has been selected for exhibits in regional, national and international institutions and museums.

Claudia Fouse Fountaine is known for her landscapes of local farm life, as well as gardens, flowers, animals and still lifes. She is a former docent at the Princeton University Art Museum, and was the head of the Art Goes to School Program at the Pennsbury School District. Claudia's work has been exhibited in galleries in New York, Pennsylvania and New Jersey, and won awards in local exhibitions such as Phillips Mill and Ellarslie Museum.
