Joe Kazimierczyk is a landscape painter whose work emerges from time spent exploring the countryside, translating his encounters with the natural world into quiet, contemplative paintings. His work offers a deeply personal response to place.
Working in the studio, he develops his paintings from memory and imagination, allowing them to move beyond a single moment and reflect a more personal experience of being outdoors. His work often draws from wooded places, where light, structure, and atmosphere reveal themselves slowly over time.
A self-taught artist, he has exhibited his work for over twenty years and has received multiple awards in regional juried exhibitions, including at Phillips’ Mill and Ellarslie Trenton City Museum.
