Painting is my language, and, my most comfortable form of communication is with watercolors. As my work continues to evolve it is becoming more contemplative and abstract. By this, I don't mean that drawing and representational subjects will disappear completely - but, that I'm striving to describe each image through a combination of colors and texture. My goal remains to capture the illusion of movement or sound, a quiet moment, a momentary pleasure, an intriguing juxtaposition of images, light and shadow.
